I set a short term and a long term goal for myself. I have already passed my 1st short term goal of losin 10% of my body weight and now I am into my 2nd short term goal of another 10%.
Congratulations!!!
May I ask what exactly are you doing to get this amazing result. I’d like to try it myself.
🤘🏽YOU ROCK 🤘🏽
100 lbs
Makes so much sense! Never thought of it that way!
I also have a long term & short term goal but I am still trying to hit the “short term” one.
Great question. I honestly don’t know! I think I would like to get down to my pre-menopause weight (need to lose about 30-35 lbs.) but that is so far gone, that I am beginning to think I may not need to lose that much to be comfortable in my body again. My husband says I was too skinny back then. He may just be trying to make me feel better, but he also may be right. I think if I lost 20-25lbs I’d be pretty happy. I appreciate the question and I’m going to really think about this. 👍🤓
Really? Why is that so hard to believe?
Pahla, you’re the best. So here I’m committing to losing 10 kg. I’ll keep posting as and when I do lose weight.
I’m now 85 kg and I want to be 75 kg.
Let’s go!!!
I want a number that I can realistically maintain with a little hard work ofcourse.
I want lose 30lbs. I’m at 160lbs at 5ft2inches. 130-35 was my happy weight. I felt good in my body and easy to manage.
I just want to move some weight from my tummy to my bony arms lol
It seems to me that woman wish for a different number than man. We compare to skinny woman but fit strong woman can weigh 5 kilos more than skinny/ models
Why do u need to have a number,, this is how ppl get hooked on the scales
How about we focus on how we feel n look not the number on the scale
JUST A THOUGHT
For real 36 lbs. Off me. I always settle for 10…then gain it back. I can’t find my calorie intake ?
