    Thank you, yes, great advice, and it flushes out a lot of toxins from the body too. Keeping ourselves hydrated goes a long way in being healthy.

    Pahla can I please add 1/2 teaspoon of melon flavor to my 24oz of water 💧 It really helps to drink up!

    Temperature regulation! Water hasn’t really seemed that important to me… but maybe this is a factor in hot flashes for me. I was not aware of this. Will definitely focus on this more.

    I love that u said that drinking water can help u “feel better about your life”! Because I was surprised by that, but when I thought about it, i realized it is true. Drinking enough water consistently feels like this really good thing I’m doing do my health, and since I am good about doing it consistently, it does make me feel capable – like u said!

    I don’t have a problem getting my water in. My intake according to my body weight is just under 2 litres, but I am drinking at least 4 litres a day & other drinks on top of this……. Could I be affecting my weight ? I’m not trying to lose, but I do want to maintain.
