Thank you, yes, great advice, and it flushes out a lot of toxins from the body too. Keeping ourselves hydrated goes a long way in being healthy.

Temperature regulation! Water hasn’t really seemed that important to me… but maybe this is a factor in hot flashes for me. I was not aware of this. Will definitely focus on this more.
I love that u said that drinking water can help u βfeel better about your lifeβ! Because I was surprised by that, but when I thought about it, i realized it is true. Drinking enough water consistently feels like this really good thing Iβm doing do my health, and since I am good about doing it consistently, it does make me feel capable – like u said!
I donβt have a problem getting my water in. My intake according to my body weight is just under 2 litres, but I am drinking at least 4 litres a day & other drinks on top of thisβ¦β¦. Could I be affecting my weight ? Iβm not trying to lose, but I do want to maintain.
