    Every time I eat high protein my HRV (heart rate variability) improves so much it’s ridiculous. Usually 30 points on my Fitbit which is huge.

    Stay away from process foods first of all. Then go on the high protein diet. I know it works because I lost 40 lbs. I hope you didn’t find it lol 😂
