    This protocol was originally put together by Doctor Meyer Eisenstein, may he rest in peace.🙏 I followed him 15 years while my children were growing up. He was a wonderful man. Back then, my children are in their 30s now, no one was prescribing such high doses. Everyone thought it was dangerous. I kept my family antibiotic free all those years. Not an ear infection, nothing! And I kept them jab-free, as well. All my 8 children ever had was chicken pox. That was it.

      prolonged usage of V-D3 leads to over burden on kidneys affecting their function & finally damaging. Kidney stones are also expected.
      Thats y doctors dont recommend V-D3 for longer intake.

      @ The protocol is 14 days. It’s for illness and builds immunity quickly. Our entire family caught Covid in December of 2019….before it was named…except hubby. And he started the protocol immediately. Me and the 8 kids had it for 5 days and it was horrible. He broke out with it two weeks to the day that we did and went through it like a champ! Maybe two days of fever and fatigue. That was it. Your daily dosage is 10,000iu of D3, and 100mg of k2.

      @@arjunreddy9091I don’t trust blood work. Every time I did my blood work regular docs say everything is fine including vitamin D levels. So because of Dr. Berg videos I increased to 10000 a day and with other changes my symptoms resolved.

    I have been taking 50,000IU with K2, magnesium glysenate, and Zinkpicolinat. It has done wonders. I spoke to my GP and she completed went ballistics and told me I would die.😂😂😂😂😂

    Remember D3 is fat soluble. I take mine with a tbl spoon of olive oil and a tbl spoon of avocado oil + magnesium and zinc.

    Hey doc, not sure you’ve seen it, but there is a pre print study regarding vit d. 10k IU daily seems to drive excess caloric intake and convert it to muscle. Exciting stuff!

      You need to add magnesium with Vitamin D3K2. Dr Berg discusses that in this video and many others. Glycinate is the one he recommends.

    I did 50,000 D3 (plus K2) for a few months straight. I had painful reflux before that and now its gone and I feel great. Also been intermittent fasting, no carbs and lots of red meat and eggs.

    I’ve been taking 10.000-12.000 IU daily for about 6 months now (including K2 and magnesium): my endometriosis improved, 2 ovaric cysts shrinked and overall my entire body feels better. I’m going through the danish cold winter without any cold, flue…nothing! Thanks Dr. Berg!! 😊

      As dr. Berg just said 10,000 a day is the real minimum. I take at least 30,000 a day especially in the winter.

      Just know the warning signs for vitamin d toxicity as 50k iu is 8 times what is recommended

    That’s my daily dose in the winter. I do half that in the summer. Although I live in a very sunny state my levels were non-existent. I can feel the difference.

    I am currently undergoing 19 radiation treatments following breast cancer. I have been taking your Vitamin D+K supplement. I have not had any tissue burning to the skin so far. Although I have dark hair and eyes, the Radiologist said he’d never had a patient do that.
    Keep up with mammograms, taking those important nutrients, and get rid of microplastics! Having faith, family, and friends who support you is a blessing. Thanks for all your advice, Dr Berg!

    I started taking 20k iu of Dr. Berg’s brand a few months ago and I feel great! Along with 400mg of magnesium gly and selenium. Every morning with my 5 eggs fried in Irish butter with a side of plain Greek yogurt, mixed berries, raw organic honey, and ground flax seed. 1:59
