    Well I’ve been taking it. I’m on Day 9. I’m not sure I feel any different except I can tell my mood is happier.

      how much are you taking though? he has said in other videos that 10,000 IU is the minimum maintenance dose that everyone should be taking every single day. if you are deficient or have problems you want to correct you need a therapeutic dose of 30 to 50,000 IU.
      I took 50,000 a day for a week and all my joint pain, lower back and knees specifically went away and have not been back

      ​@@beverlyaquinn4369 My rheumatologist started me off with 4000 IUs a day, then after several months, increased it to 5000 IUs. During the COVID, I increased it myself to 10,000 IUs. Unfortunately, my doctor passed away from the COVID in 2022. 😢

    I was taking K2/D3 plus coq10 then I had a heart attack in 2023 and stopped taking them due to heart meds
    I’m now on aspirin and 1.25mg ramipril and would like to know if I can start taking these supplements?!
    Hitting a brick wall asking med centre Doctors who don’t know or never heard of coq-10 but say I can take D3
    Please could you do a pod cast on interaction between these supplements and heart drugs please 😘

      Try looking up D3 and K2 (etc) at WebMD. WebMD lists known possible harmful interactions with pharmaceuticals.

      Vitamin D can also be taken at any time during the day. Taking a vitamin D3 supplement with a fat-containing meal is best to promote intestinal absorption. Most people take vitamin D3 in the mornings or with the first meal.

      If you take his 250mg per day. He has withdrawn those bottles and now sells on the 50mg, which means you need 20-25 tablets per day when he only recommends 2. Lol

    After speaking with my physician, she agreed with Dr. Berg, and authorized me to purchase his vitamins.
    It’s definitely a significant endorsement when a doctor of her caliber is on board with a specific recommendation, especially concerning supplements. Remember to always check with your physician before taking any vitamins or supplements regardless of who recommends it.

    My vitamin d levels have been very low for I think most of my life I’m 69 now I started going on the vitamin d taking 60,000 IU with 600 mg of K-2 and 800 mg of magnesium, after about six months I went to my doctor last week and my vitamin d levels were in normal range woohoo I told my doctor what I had been doing and she said that that was way too much I said it worked so they told me to come down to about 2,000 I’m taking 30,000 with 300 mcg of K-2 and I say to heck with them this is working!!!

    My primary care dr told me that my D3 levels were too high when I tried 10,000 iu’s. I did feel good/better while taking the higher dose. Now I’m taking 1000 mg’s of ascorbic acid in my multis & I’m to have another blood test. Ps…I live in the Midwest where the sun is not abundant.
