High Dose Vitamin D Treats Incurable Diseases?

Vitamin D3 With K2 (what I use) –

High Dose Vitamin D Treats Incurable Diseases? is a video looking at vitamin d deficiency and how much vitamin d is needed in order to be healthy. It is a topic with much confusion behind it as to exactly what is needed to be healthy and have sufficient vitamin D levels. Vitamin D side effects are often a concern but the reality is most people are not at high enough levels to have an issue. Vitamin D supplements are the ideal way to improve your vitamin D scores.

    • Dr. Nick Zyrowski on May 20, 2023 at 1:19 pm

Hey Wellness Warrior, my only preference is in the morning because it could keep you u[ at night.

    • NO END TO TECH AND TIPS on May 20, 2023 at 5:03 pm

IMO, it doesn’t matter. However it’s a fat soluble vitamin so take with food get one with k2 in it.

More doctors need to be educated about this, for the sake of their patients.

  10. DX GI on May 20, 2023 at 1:59 pm

So, what level of D3 would be to much?

    • Dr. Nick Zyrowski on May 20, 2023 at 5:34 pm

Hey Wellness Warrior, as I stated… you should figure out your level through testing and dose according to your needs.

Hey Wellness Warrior, I really appreciate that. Thanks for your support.

  12. Shirley G on May 20, 2023 at 2:26 pm

What do you recommend when a person can’t be test. The option is not available in some places.

    • Dr. Nick Zyrowski on May 20, 2023 at 5:35 pm

I would take 5,000 IUs a day then.

  13. Chris Ferretti on May 20, 2023 at 2:47 pm

I’d like to see what kind of vitamin D you recommend. There are many types from seed oils to coconut oil (MCT) and powders. We know that heat processed seed oils are toxic and want to avoid those. Need some guidance on this.

    • Dr. Nick Zyrowski on May 20, 2023 at 5:36 pm

Hey Wellness Warrior, in the description I put resources to an at home test and the vitamin D I use.

  14. hashem abdelhadi on May 20, 2023 at 3:18 pm

    Hell Dr Zyrowski.
I take a 10,000 IU vitamin D3 supplement daily. A few days ago my serum D3 level was 95.The question is whether continuing with the same dose would take into toxic ranges. Should I lower my dose to avoid toxicity?

    • NO END TO TECH AND TIPS on May 20, 2023 at 5:01 pm

Great question I tested at 108 6 months ago, and I was taking 20000 IU. My doctor told me it was high, so I decreased to 10000 IU I’m now at 80 I do work outside.

    • Dr. Nick Zyrowski on May 20, 2023 at 5:38 pm

Hey Wellness Warrior, Id be pretty happy at around 100 and go to a maintenance dose. For men, 5,000 IUs is usually good.

  15. Hippida on May 20, 2023 at 4:24 pm

Thank you for this Dr. Nick. I remember my wifes old school doctor prescribed 1600IE when she had deficiency.
That has served as my min daily dose ever since

    • Dr. Nick Zyrowski on May 20, 2023 at 5:39 pm

Hey Wellness Warrior, its a solid dose for sure.

  16. Gayle Green on May 20, 2023 at 5:31 pm

Thanks, Dr. Zyrowski: my V-D, 25 Hydroxy level from a March 2023 test was 113.0 ng/mL. My doctor said that was too high and to cut out the V-D supplements. What do you think?

    • Dr. Nick Zyrowski on May 20, 2023 at 5:40 pm

Hey Wellness Warrior, I don’t think it’s too high. I think it’s a solid level.

    • Gayle Green on May 20, 2023 at 5:54 pm

      Thank you!

    • Chrisoula Giannakaris on May 20, 2023 at 7:19 pm

That is a perfect level for PREVENTION!! Your doctor is evidently lacking the education…you need to start doctoring yourself!!

    • Chrisoula Giannakaris on May 20, 2023 at 7:22 pm

If he told you to cut out D3 Supplements, I would look for another doctor, who believes in supplements and is willing to work with you!

He may be afraid of losing you as a patient, since, you won t be getting sick, so to speak! Sorry, but this is a big possibility!

  17. ClassicJukeboxBand on May 20, 2023 at 5:56 pm

I have studied vitamin D3 extensively, a couple of things need to be said.
First of all, vitamin D3 is not even a vitamin, it’s a cholesterol based hormone, therefore a steroid hormone.
It is safe to take, and the only possible problems you can get sometimes is that it can raise your blood calcium level; this can usually be rectified by taking vitamin K2 at the same time.
Vitamin D3 can also reduce magnesium in some people, so it might be smart to supplement with magnesium also if you take lots of vitamin D3.
The official recommended levels are way too low, and hundreds of millions of people are having their health ruined by these low levels.
A guy named Jeff T Bowles talks about high dose vitamin D3 supplementation, and a doctor named Cicero Coimbra also treats autoimmune conditions with high doses of vitamin D3.

    • Chrisoula Giannakaris on May 20, 2023 at 7:15 pm

You nailed it…one of my trusted resources..Jeff bowels! Thnx for sharing!!

    • Chrisoula Giannakaris on May 20, 2023 at 7:16 pm

The medical field would be out of commission if EVERYONE WAS OPTIMAL DOSING WITH D3!!!

  18. Dr. Nick Zyrowski on May 20, 2023 at 5:57 pm

Hey Wellness Warriors, I shared resources in the description to the Vitamin D3K2 and Vit D3 at home test I use. Many people are asking how much Vit. D3 I recommend…. here is my answer….. The key is testing! What matters most is the level inside your body. Understanding your numbers is the key to knowing how much to take.

    For Example:

If I were to receive a test result of 15, iI would take 10,000 IUs and test again in 5-6 months. If my test result was very close to 100 at that point, I would drop my dose to 5,000 IU’s maintenance dose.

I understand many people do not want to go to the doctors for a Vit. D test. This at home test I shared in the video description is fantastic and is an excellent option. You cannot manage what you cannot measure. Measure first…. then manage. Hope this helps! Stay Healthy! Dr. Z
