I take NAC as a source of cysteine to maybe help boost my G levels. Hope it works.
It’s better than taking glutathione. N-AC is it’s precursor.
This very active form of glutathione is the best way to boost glutathione.
@Dr. Nick Zyrowski
Your video was so convincing, “Dr.”
It heal my eczema after 7 days taking
Hey Wellness Warrior, thanks for sharing!
Are you familiar with any sensitivities to glutathione in individuals with the MTHFR defect?
I take 1g of NAC with collagen peptides every morning because it helps with immune health and detoxification
Dr. Z, thank you for your highly detailed and informative presentation. May The Lord Jesus Christ bless you and make you a physician of value, Amen.
Hey Wellness Warrior, thank you!
Is Setria glutathione and IV glutathione good options
I took IV glutathione for Lyme and Mold toxicity and it made me incredibly sick. I seriously thought I was going to die and husband wanted to take me to ER!Took me weeks to recover. I’m assuming it was too much glutathione all at once.
Omg, how much did they administer if I may ask?
@Island girl Tyfani I think it was 1,500-2,000 milligrams. That was 2-3x wk. I got really sick after the first week and stopped. It was obviously too much for me😅
Hey Wellness Warrior, too much of a good thing isn’t always a good thing… plus… it probably caused you to detox too fast. That is an enormous dose.
@Dr. Nick Zyrowski agreed!
i’m taking NAC(myoscience) brand b4 bed every night. i’ve read where it’s best taken b4 bed? ty
It’s better to take precursors to glutathione than to just dump high levels of glutathione. Our cells need to be able to regulate this process from the raw materials needed.
Yes.
Hey Wellness Warrior, this isn’t true. You can take precursors, you can take GSH recyclers, you can also take the real deal itself.
What will raise intracellular GSH the fastest? Certainly S Acetyl Glutathione itself.
I’m all for taking precursors, recyclers and everything else, but it’s all about what you are trying to accomplish.
TUmeric?
or
TURmeric?
You said TUmeric as I and millions of others remember it.
Thank you for all your content.
It is spelled TURmeric, so I say it that way!
Are you talking about Intravenous Glutathione infusion or Oral capsules ??
Hey Wellness Warrior, just the capsules I linked in the description.
Thanks for the information, Dr. Z! Take care!
👍
Great advice!! I take it every day and NAC twice a day
Ditto, I have read it takes at least 12 weeks to really kick in.
Hey Wellness Warrior, thanks for sharing
Does Glutathione survive stomach acid??
“…kind of looking like…””… there’s reason to believe…”
Well, I’m sold.
I think it’s much better to get everything balanced so the body can do what it does. Throwing supplements around creates imbalance.
Hey Wellness Warrior, if you are sick and unhealthy it’s the best option to stay off medication.
I hav acute and chronic Lyme, and the NAC (among my other herbals) Is just SO expensive. I never worried about it until my mentally disabled adult son started stealing my money and I’m going to lose my house.
N-AC is not that expensive. I get mine for $17-20. Online.
Isn’t NAC better?
Hey Wellness Warrior, in terms of better, glutathione is better. One of the big benefits touted about NAC is that it can boost glutathione. This is going directly to the source.
