Great information. Dr. Nick what about Astaxanthin?

    • @MostAlpha on January 2, 2026 at 10:56 pm

      Very good!

    • @Nicolino-x5p on January 3, 2026 at 12:45 am

Lobsters are immortals. Probably because they accumulate a lot of Astaxanthine that protects their telomeres.

What are your thoughts w NAC and glutathione absorption? My understanding is its another avenue to get the same benefits. Do you think one avenue absorbs better than another?

    • @wavenature3180 on January 2, 2026 at 10:34 pm

      Great question.

    • @jj-bp3fr on January 2, 2026 at 11:41 pm

Not sure why my comment was deleted only for recommending the book Cure Your Fatique by Morley Robbins. 😂 In the book this is what it says, “without copper, the body’s glutathione system cannot function optimally.” I guess this channel didn’t like me trying to be helpful. Copper is what we need as round up in our food depletes it.

    • @anomalousperceptions8052 on January 3, 2026 at 12:00 am

@jj-bp3frprobably assuming you are the book bot ai scam. Your wording may have followed the same pattern as the bots.

    Thank you!!!

  9. @jlsracing997 on January 3, 2026 at 1:20 am

I can attest to the efficacy of glutathione in crohns disease. Had watched a couple of Dr. Dinezza’s videos that covered glutathione for autoimmune disease and I started on some first chance I got. Was on a $500 a month steroid which really didn’t do much and after taking the glutathione the improvement was almost immediate. Started on it in Dec. of 23 and never looked back. All the doctors wanted to do was put me on a biologic and now a simple cheap supplement has taken care of the problem. Highly recommended.

Good to know. I know someone that keeps having flare ups.

    • @wocket42 on January 3, 2026 at 3:31 pm

Interesting. I resolved my Crohn’s with a carnivore diet that is slightly ketogenic. From studies we know these diets also dramatically increase glutathione levels (if they were low before).

    • @jlsracing997 on January 3, 2026 at 5:40 pm

@shaimaya1117 It was Sprouts brand and 500mg once a day.

  11. @fishnski9211 on January 3, 2026 at 1:44 am

Isn’t it just cheaper and better to take Glynac??….And how much to sustain good levels of Glute?

  12. @PerAsperaAdAstra8755 on January 3, 2026 at 2:52 am

Dr. Zyrowski emphasizes using *S-Acetyl Glutathione,* an activated and highly bioavailable form, as standard glutathione is poorly absorbed by the body [04:15].

Dosage: A daily dose of *200 mg* is recommended based on research [06:40].

Healthy Individuals: *Use for a total of 3 months (90 days) per year, spread out (e.g., one month in January, June, and December)* [07:04].

Unhealthy Individuals: *Continuous use until the specific health goal or symptom relief is achieved* [07:40].

    Who Needs It?
Most people can benefit, but it is particularly *recommended for those with high toxin exposure, chronic stress, autoimmune issues, liver/gut dysfunction, or persistent fatigue* [11:10].

  13. @Metalgal80 on January 3, 2026 at 3:41 am

What’s better to take, S-Acetyl Glutathione, or NAC?

    • @TheContrarianThinker on January 3, 2026 at 5:11 am

I take both glycine & NAC, for other reasons (one is glycine assist with sleep: & others). So, am getting two of the main glutathione amino acid co-factors. And, like SAG, N-Acetyl Cysteine is the most bio-available form to take.
