It amazes me that anyone is UNDER eating. I spent a good 2-3 weeks tracking my normal diet, and it was WAY over my calorie target. I still rarely hit my calorie target because I’m still hungry, and I still snack. I’m eating less than I was before, so I’ve lost 15 lbs, but it’s been slow because I’m still eating more than my 5-0 target. But I’m getting there.
I had the opposite situation, I was overeating when I started this journey in Jan.
I’ve always had a “healthy appetite”. 😅

“Not I” said the cat. I couldn’t believe the calorie load I was getting! I had easily been eating twice the 1650, I should be at. 😬
