I can relate!! I do weigh myself everyday to see where I am at and make sure I am heading in the right direction..I do a little ups and downs. Sometimes I see ups and downs when I get on the scale a few times at one time ( like weigh, rest, weigh again, rest, weigh again til I see the same number 3x). My older sister and a another youtuber said to ditch the scale cause its just numbers and fat wt. and muscle wt,. cann be the same. Also when clothes are loose your loosing. wt. I can tell Im loosing cause , true my clothes are getting loose on me! Im trying not to be addicted to the scale.🌻
I wish,I could do it once every 2 weeks, but because of my heart issues and water retention my doctor told me to weight myself every day…Sucks.
