Thank you for sharing this information how would you fix this problem if it’s the liver ?

    • @Dravkwn on December 11, 2023 at 4:24 am

In another video he mentions lemon juice and apple cider vinegar, I think, mixed in with water to put a double whammy on liver function. I’ll have a tablespoon of each in a cup or so of water and throw in a tiny bit of stevia to sweeten it up, from time to time.

    • @lemonyskunkketts7781 on December 11, 2023 at 5:40 am

Just remember to keep balance. Don’t consume more acidity than you need.

    • @arvindadgar1927 on December 11, 2023 at 8:01 am

from my own experience don’t use lemon juice cus it has a lot of sugar and carb just 1 tablespoon of apple cider viniger mixed with water and brush your teeth after or atleast wash it with water cause it’s acidic. also only eat 1 meal a day and nothing else even 1 small of cookie counts as a meal becuase it pulse insulin.

only eat meat and fat for like a month and 90% of your health problem will cure

    • @sugarcookie9682 on December 11, 2023 at 6:45 pm

  2. @shoshanah7666 on December 11, 2023 at 4:13 am

Yes in that case, how do we fix this problem, Dr. Berg?

    • @remismeskas8388 on December 11, 2023 at 6:15 am

      berg doesn’t know it

    • @Michael-xm4ux on December 11, 2023 at 6:52 am

Detox the liver.. doctors are rich cuz it’s too easy to make quick bucks from people like you who don’t think..

    • @delete3760 on December 11, 2023 at 8:40 am

    • @georgejungle2255 on December 11, 2023 at 4:38 pm

    • @donnaholton480 on December 11, 2023 at 7:13 pm

I do intermittent fasting and keto

  3. @denisebethany5691 on December 11, 2023 at 4:35 am

I know many doctors that adjust insulin according to the sugars they eat. They dont tell them to stop eating simple carbs & sugars.

    • @janetgies8698 on December 11, 2023 at 6:24 pm

Internal Medicine Doctors only get 20 Hours of Dietary Instruction in all their years of training. Not even a Full Day. No wonder they send you to the Dietitians – who tell you to eat low fat and too many carbs. 😏

    • @angelap32 on December 17, 2023 at 3:29 pm

Yes Denisebethany5691 it’s sad that Drs dont discuss the correct way of how to eat all they are about is writing that Rx …if they would talk about this then people would be healthier..but we all need to be our own advocate in healthcare to better ourselves I’ve done it.. Drs are intimidated by me..

      Right. Thanks for your comment.

  6. @Helenegardener on December 11, 2023 at 8:28 am

Awesome data!! Good point!! That’s also why, when you stop eating crap including bad carbs, your glucose may still be high in the morning for a while?

  7. @caroliner1901 on December 11, 2023 at 10:06 am

Work colleague (type 2) was advised by her doctor that it was okay to have oats and honey for breakfast, biscuit snack mid morning, sandwiches for lunch with a diet soft drink, biscuits mid-afternoon and dinner in evening to include carbs.
When she was busy and skipped the mid morning or mid afternoon snack she seemed to go into meltdown, involuntarily.
It was like the plant in little shop of horrors, feed me now.
Twice I had to call her husband.
Poor woman – she put in more and more weight over the time I knew her.
I did feel for her- the whole office thought something was awry and looked like she was spiralling but doctors are akin to modern gods.

    • @caroliner1901 on December 11, 2023 at 10:08 am

Ah yes I remember now what she used to say ‘the doctor said I need to eat at regular intervals throughout the day, I need to stay topped up, I can’t let my blood sugar drop.’

    • @tunatony on December 11, 2023 at 4:48 pm

      Doctors akin to modern Gods?
😂 That’s exactly what they’ve wanted the population to think, and why were all in trouble metabolically speaking.
      Give me a freaking BREAK!

    • @caroliner1901 on December 11, 2023 at 4:57 pm

@@tunatony yes agree. I think they’re amazing for the ‘oh my god emergencies’ like amputations or c-sections or anti biotics for life or death, resuscitation and some of the pills that actually work and make a difference.
But on the whole, most problems are things they shouldn’t be getting involved with. Might as well be handing out leeches. I’ve started calling the typical doctor leech pedlars. They can’t help it though, ‘they know not what they do’

    • @formertenant9276 on December 12, 2023 at 1:28 am

My doctors have made me very ill by giving me sugar to fix my diabetes. They should all be put in prison for life.

  8. @aftertheendtimes on December 11, 2023 at 10:13 am

Roughly how long did it take to achieve stability?

  13. @bjc8248 on December 16, 2023 at 8:07 pm

So how do we modify the liver from producing too much glucose?

  14. @alexisgrace8218 on December 17, 2023 at 6:35 pm

I think this is what happened to my Mom. I believe it’s liver damage from statins.

Isn’t this what Ozempic is for. Reduces the liver’s production of glucose?
