I always struggled with water and sloshy . I an happy though that I did stop drinking soda and coffee. I am strictly water now but I do still struggle getting enough.

Absolutely. I try to drink most of my water earlier in the day. Once I get up in the middle of the night its hard to get back to sleep! 🙁
