So are you saying it’s bad to use rice flour? Is tapioca starch the same as tapioca flour? Are you saying all food starches should not be eaten?
Industrial starches, not natural starch.
starch is in essence “condensed” sugar – the body breaks it down into the most simple form of glucose
*organic* high fat, medium protein and low carb (combined with a regimen of both long term [72+ hrs quarterly] and short term [OMAD daily] fasting are the keys to metabolic health
But this industrial stuff put into junk foods has been processed and killed essentially so it’s even worse.

Swollen legs were The only time that I can remember that a Doctor ask me what do you eat .. otherwise some of the doctor’s doesn’t tell me what other vitamins can help with taking vitamin D3 and over the years of having high LDL cholesterol None of my doctor’s told me what else can I take with my LDL cholesterol medicine . But lately after getting good Blood work results, weight loss Doctor’s and Nurses are asking me How are you getting Good blood work results, weight down from 410 to 233 Thank you Keto fasting

That is the greatest news !! I had the same ‘attitude’ type’ doctors… I gave them up and my bad TD2 diet years ago and haven’t looked back, thanx to Dr Berg. It’s generally not the foods fault… it’s the idiotic engineers that change something wholesome and true into a ‘mass producing product’ by adding sh*t !!

This ingredient is unfortunately also widely used in my country Norway, so not just USA.
True, but that said. Maltodextrin or Dextrin is also an issue here in Europe. And people are even less aware of it then in the US. At least you guys talk about it.

No wonder I feel so much better after cutting out packaged/processed foods. I seriously thought there was something wrong with me, an autoimmune disorder etc. Once I switched to clean eating, within a few days I felt like a whole new person. It’s nuts how much crap we put in our food
