    On this day every year, I felt like I survived winter. I would never expect someone like you to understand.

      I love the the time change in Spring, too! I love the ever earlier sunrise. But the sudden loss of sleep due to the time change usually zaps my overall energy for a couple of weeks. So the advice seems helpful to me.

    Well , I over slept this morning!
    Usually, the radio and my priest reminds us about this change yesterday ,but some how there was no reminders.. I had to admit my body was trying to tell me that Im over sleeping today but I kept telling my body that I still have an hour yet and I get up at 7:50. My body still insisting me to get up. I open my eyes and did wonder why its brighter than usual. I slept 20 more minutes . at this time my body was screaming. So I got out of bed.
    Well when my daughter woke up and she checked her phone she noticed that the time changed I could check my phone but I put it on sleep mode til noon. So I ended up getting out of bed at 9:10am instead of 8am.
    My body was well trained of get up time! A++ to my body!!💛😊🌻

    Thank you! Especially like your advice on not worrying about sleeping, just make sure to try to go to bed and get up at same time and the sleep will work itself out.
