I literally had this very convo in my head this morning after two nights in a row of waking up constantly, lol! Always thankful for your tips and reminders!!
I’m not part of your targeted audience, but want to see if you have any advice. I have a 3-year old who is going through her own sleep issues right now (her pediatricians are working to figure out what’s wrong), which causes me to wake up 2-3 times a night to help calm her down. What do you recommend for moms who are sleep deprived knowing that there’s no changing the current sleep lifestyle? I overeat because I’m always tired and need some source of energy.
What if that’s not “overeating?” But rather, you’re fueling for your current energy needs (aka, less sleep than usual)? Feel how different that is, to see your eating as self-care, instead of out of your control? You’ve got this, mama! 💛💛💛
