    Magnesium + Glycine (magnesium glycenate) and ashgewanga are a powerful combination for sleep.

      taurine is a good one, it relaxes the muscles

      @DaBigBoo_  it’s better to avoid supplements! Taurine can be found in meat, yogurt, nats and more

    I’ve been using Mg and B2 to manage migraine. I’ve recently added in Feverfew too.

      I tried feverfew yrs ago and I was allergic to it and it made me gain weight. I didn’t know about B2 to help 🤔 I will add that to my magnesium and other vitamins.

    Thank you Dr Berg, as always for the helpful info. I have Fibromyalgia and in addition to Mag, I found D -Ribose has very been very helpful for my overall pain and stiffness. After a week I didnt need to take Tylenol for my terrible headaches. After two weeks, my neck is no longer feels like a corkscrew.

      Hi I have fibromialgia and RA too😢. Avoiding sugar has been a great help to me and I do take mag at night. Can I ask what the other thing you mentioned is that helped you? I’ve not heard of that before. God Bless you

      magnesium glycinate works best for me sleep , migrane and little help in acidity

    Not sure if it’s Dr Berg or Dr Khan who suggested it but am eating a handful of pumpkin seeds nearly everyday. They are rich in potassium, iron and magnesium. I have been feeling better lately and happier. But the happiness is probably due to Vitamin D.

    The best source of magnesium is cocoa so use small amount like quarter teaspoon in one litre hot water.

    Always use food instead of an unstable formulation of magnesium.

    After I watched some of your videos about fasting food, I tried to apply it and it’s only been a week since I’ve been on it and I can see the changes in my body and my face, I feel relieved.
    I didn’t understand the entire contents of the video because my English skills are still small, but I came to the conclusion that fasting is one way to reduce inflammation on the face. Now I feel it, thank you sir, now I just need to live it consistently

      hey Eric, what can i do if i have candida on my scalp, white tongue and my gut feels funny all the time but no diarrhea or anything like that. my diet is good i believe, i eat very little sugar and not much carbs or dairy, i eat fermented food to help with good bacteria but candida is not going away. also i have tremors very similar to hypertroidism, i have almost all of hyperthroidism symptoms. Perhaps you have an idea what could be causing this?

    I bought your magnesium glycenate and it’s alright. Besides we take your d3+k2 10kI IU, Trace Minerals, Ashwaganda and cod liver oil, but we don’t know if we were deficient on any.

    I’m wondering if we should do a gene test first to find out what we are deficient at and supplement just that or it is ok if we just take these.

    Besides our diet and lifestyle is on spot. Very healthy, exercise everyday. Organic food all that. Feeling great

    Wow doc your so correct I’ve got all sorts of health issues leg cramps since I’ve started magnesium I’ve not took one leg cramps plus it works absolutely fantastic on results legs plus sleep I take two just before bed
