Unhealthy fats are worse than you think…
Many of the fats you eat today are fats that are not naturally occurring in nature, but rather highly chemically processed fats made in a lab derived from genetically modified highly sprayed crops.
According to Western medicine, all of this is totally safe to eat, however, they fail to identify why Alzheimer’s rates are dramatically increasing amongst many other diseases.
I am ok with eating a portion of fried food, one that is either air-fried or fried in my home with coconut oil or avocado oil. These two oils have the best heat tolerance.
Meaning when you heat them it does not denature their fatty structure turning good fat into bad fat.
So essentially all fried foods at restaurants are problematic. This is because they use cheap unhealthy seed oils to fry in and reuse them for extended periods of time to save money.
With this knowledge you can now make better choices.
