Almost all restaurants are using these unhealthy oils because they are cheap. Packaged and processed foods are also loaded with these oils causing you to consume way more of them than you ever should. I think you should never consume them personally and always to do the best you can to avoid these:
• soybean oil
• corn oil
• cottonseed oil
• sunflower oil
• peanut oil
• sesame oil
• rice bran oil
• canola oil

Ps… You will see a lot of comments that say things like “show me the research” These same individuals will claim I am wrong and seed oils are all healthy. I will list all research in the comments section. So when you see someone say this is not proven in the science, direct them to the fact that I have shared my research. Thank you!
I knew the answer and I said not me! I don’t buy anything with those as the ingredients nor do I hardly ever eat out!

Remember when salt was going to kill us all? But now it’s fine? Or eggs are bad for you? But now they’re fine? Or fats are death but now it’s just trans fats? Just eat what you want ffs and don’t worry so much! Life is short, but it’s longer if you’re boring.

It’s not just about being alive, it’s about quality of life too. We don’t have to eat healthy but we eventually pay for it somehow.

sunflower seed oil in products is bad?
I have been oil free for nearly 3 years now and my health has improved dramatically, not only am I no longer diabetic, I’m not even pre-diabetic
