You hear me harp on protein quite a bit these days…
Here is why. I often have people complain of having cravings, blood sugar instability, and trouble managing their diet. All while only meeting about 50% of their daily protein intake.
For protein. If you’re exercising hard I recommend a 1:1 ratio. I gram of protein per pound of body weight.
For the average person, using the number of .8 x (ideal body weight) is a good way to figure out how many grams of protein you should eat.
