Thank you so much Lucy, really needed to hear this 😢 Went on holiday for a week and then when I got back immediately dropped a computer on my toe! Moon boot for 2 weeks and no walking, was all very hard to deal with but I need to remind myself i’m 30 lbs down, and I still managed to maintain during that period, and thats great.
This video came exactly the time I needed it. I’m injured atm (luckily it’s a minor injury). Although I’m training but not in the same way I just say to myself to be patient and there will come a time when I will remember this as a small setback. 😊❤❤❤
It does go up and down from outside factors, I hit all my fitness and nutrition goals this week, which feels great, but this upcoming week I won’t be able to hit a lot of them, due to a ton of work functions. So I am just going to do my best this week and not kill myself for not hitting all my goals like this week, just try to be better then I would have been say a year ago.
