Truth is it has nothing to do with you being a lightweight, and everything to do with your genetics.

Many of these energy drinks are packed with enough caffeine to ruin your sleep, give you anxiety, cause erratic behavior and even put you in the ER.

It’s one thing to have a cup of coffee with 80mg of caffeine, and quite another to have an energy drink with 350mg of caffeine.
