I was wondering the portion size too I hope he answers!

If I just want to relax, I use about half a teaspoon. If I want a full intestinal flush, then I do about a teaspoon and a half. Takes about 2 hrs to kick in and I drink a bunch of water in that window to flush everything. Baawoooosh!

Last night I was too tired to take my Epsom salt bath so I went to bed I woke up not able to move and then I watched this and realize exactly that I should have taken an Epsom salt bath so I at least I can wake up better. Quality is more important than quantity of sleep.

How much epsom salt to exactly how much water when taken orally?

  8. @Modeltshinn on December 14, 2024 at 4:50 pm

If I use a Epsom salt rub will it work like as if I took a bath in it? We have a septic tank and leach field as we live in the country on a farm and I’m told not to do epsom salt baths because it will kill the bacteria that is needed for processing waste in the tank.

    • @pamanderson1417 on December 14, 2024 at 5:04 pm

We also have septic system so we do Epsom salt foot soak and then carry out the water in a pail when we are done.

    • @callieflanagan3310 on December 14, 2024 at 9:09 pm

I’ve done epsom salt baths with a septic system for 20 years. That’s nonsense.

I think he should have included instructions on taking Epsom salt orally and how much to add to a foot basin or bath water. I’ll look for this information on other YouTube channels. It feels like a missed opportunity to provide that guidance.

    • @dr.nickzyrowski on December 16, 2024 at 2:33 pm

@@ChadStJohn-vz7ru Hey There. A bag of epson salt bought from your local grocery store / pharmacy will provide this guidance for you. It’s really on a company by company basis and I’m not recommending any particular brand.
