Let me tell you something, I’d have to do 3 hours of this to see any weight loss. I live in a very hilly area and don’t drive. I hate meeting people who drive everywhere who say they’ve lost all this weight by just walking 1 mile a day. I’m disabled and walk 5 or more miles every day with my cane up and down hills. Ridiculous.
