Eating Eggs Daily for 14 Days?!

Eating eggs daily can supercharge your brain, protect your liver, and balance your hormones! 🧠💪 Eggs are packed with choline, a rare nutrient that prevents fatty liver and boosts memory. Plus, they contain cholesterol, which is essential for producing sex hormones like testosterone and estrogen. Not to mention, eggs are rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, two powerful antioxidants that support eye health and reduce inflammation.

    • @AlexSmith21388 on February 20, 2025 at 11:04 am

If he doesn’t response to you, you don’t 100% have to go carnivore I cleared my acne naturally by taking certain vitamin, cutting out all dairy, cutting out all processed food, and consuming Whole Foods that have vitamins and nutrients like eggs, fruits, vegetables, meats, and potatoes

  6. @SweetMamaG on February 20, 2025 at 11:09 am

Eggs are a luxury item right now

    • @HappilyCarnivore on February 20, 2025 at 5:41 pm

They’re only up to $7/dozen here, or 0.58 cents an egg, and that’s for organic and free range. Expensive, yes, but not prohibitively expensive unless you’re poor and don’t get food stamps. Of course I don’t know what they’re costing elsewhere.

  7. @Thealabsi on February 20, 2025 at 11:25 am

I agree with eggs increasing the good cholesterol

I’ve seen that myself in two of my patients.. and it does it dramatically

  8. @Necron990 on February 20, 2025 at 11:42 am

Americans: we would love to eat eggs everyday, but…

  9. @SkyeTerry-888 on February 20, 2025 at 11:44 am

❤ If you follow the rules of Dr Berg…..you cannot lose 💯💪

    • @liamhuges on February 20, 2025 at 2:03 pm

Praising a chiropractor who is not a real, MD doctor and furthermore does not cite his statements with research is very dangerous. I listened to many of his videos. Most of his advice is questionable, and some are downright wrong.

  14. @lizthomas335 on February 20, 2025 at 12:32 pm

    God bless you, Doctor.

  15. @thriveforbest3217 on February 20, 2025 at 12:33 pm

I eat eggs real free range
No corner fed and no grain 🌾❤
I eat these clean eggs 5-15 daily
    Over many many years
    Never been unwell

    • @Boyhowdy875 on February 20, 2025 at 1:41 pm

      So what is your point?

    • @thriveforbest3217 on February 20, 2025 at 1:53 pm

@Boyhowdy875  there no point 👉 eat dam healthy and be happy.
Never seen doctor 🏥 never had issues in any body parts

    • @stickyslugs on February 20, 2025 at 1:53 pm

@@Boyhowdy875I think this person is just sharing their lifestyle choices and positive experience eating eggs, which relates to the video. How does your comment contribute?

    • @courtneyfuller2657 on February 20, 2025 at 2:52 pm

Pasture raised is what you want. Not free range.

    • @jeniferjohnson374 on February 20, 2025 at 3:27 pm

thriveforbest3217 You have quite the privilege.

None of my doctors never ask me.What are you eating? What vitamins you take ?

    • @terrra_2024 on February 20, 2025 at 1:24 pm

So all of your doctors always ask you those two questions?

    • @beecampbell5903 on February 20, 2025 at 2:30 pm

I’ve had several doctors ask me what I eat and what supplements I take. Mostly because I’ve had 5 surgeries but even when I tell them, they’ll ask, “Ok, what’s that?” 😂

    • @beecampbell5903 on February 20, 2025 at 2:31 pm

@@terrra_2024They should. Those two things can interact with prescribing medications.

    • @marycarman1730 on February 20, 2025 at 2:50 pm

      So true Don

    • @lindarusch9660 on February 20, 2025 at 3:25 pm

  18. @johnkelley6278 on February 20, 2025 at 12:42 pm

As a powerlifter in the 70’s & 80’s I would consume a dozen of farm fresh eggs a day! My bodyfat was very low and my overall health was great. Was paying 50 cents a dozen back then & if I wanted to do that today I would have to win the lottery to be able to afford 7 dozen eggs a week!

    • @JustJenLive on February 20, 2025 at 2:39 pm

You have to win the lottery to afford $5 – $10 week? Luckily for you, that’s about what most lottery players get when they “win”.

    • @johnkelley6278 on February 20, 2025 at 3:46 pm

@JustJenLive  Not sure where you live but 7 dozen of eggs would cost me 72 dollars a week or 288 dollars a month in my neck of the woods. Too rich for my wallet!

  19. @Professor_Truth_ on February 20, 2025 at 1:25 pm

Side Note: There is no such thing as “bad” cholesterol.

Cholesterol is the molecule of life.

Thank you Dr. Berg for all of the content you share.

  20. @ΣΤΕΦΑΝΟΣΚΟΚΚΙΝΟΣ-ν7λ on February 20, 2025 at 6:18 pm

For you, DR Berg I am from Greece, I am 49 years old and a high-level athlete. I have been eating about 45 eggs every week for 31 years. Everything was perfect except for the bullying they did to me from 1999 to 2015.
