How many eggs 🥚🥚🥚🥚 to eat daily?

    • @itsjustme7487 on February 1, 2026 at 12:12 pm

      good question 🤔

    • @randomguy0113 on February 1, 2026 at 12:14 pm

Depends on your protein goals. Eat as many as you want. One whole egg has 6g of protein.

    • @itsjustme7487 on February 1, 2026 at 12:21 pm

      @randomguy0113 Thank you.

    • @williammorgan7769 on February 1, 2026 at 12:37 pm

      Minimum of four to six.

    • @IntrovertWolf25 on February 1, 2026 at 12:55 pm

4 to 6 is optimal. Working out also boosts the effects due to better blood flow.

  2. @randomguy0113 on February 1, 2026 at 12:11 pm

I eat 4 whole eggs daily.

    • @itsjustme7487 on February 1, 2026 at 12:13 pm

I eat 3 a day. Is that enough Doctor?

    • @coryjefferson6389 on February 1, 2026 at 12:39 pm

But is it doing what he said tho?

    • @randomguy0113 on February 1, 2026 at 12:43 pm

@coryjefferson6389i didnt observe all those. But hair does get stronger and reduction in hairfall can be seen.

    • @Muosneks on February 1, 2026 at 12:43 pm

@itsjustme7487it’s up to you, i personally have 5 every morning

  4. @Marty22408 on February 1, 2026 at 12:14 pm

Thanks Dr Berg! I have been eating 6 eggs a day for months now, 3 eggs per meal and I feel fantastic. Doing my workouts, eating basically no carbs, feeling better than ever before ❤

    • @izi_6772 on February 1, 2026 at 1:15 pm

Check breast & ovaries for cаncer as what you do is overhormone yourselves.

    • @Drberg on February 1, 2026 at 1:43 pm

Great to hear, Marty! Thanks so much for sharing. Really glad to hear how well you’re doing!

    • @cheesemaker10238 on February 1, 2026 at 3:05 pm

      @Drberghow many eggs should I eat a day?I’m a 37 year old male.

    • @agulanwo856 on February 1, 2026 at 4:17 pm

      6 to 10

    • @FuzzyFrogAmarantha on February 1, 2026 at 6:57 pm

@izi_6772 Maybe if you live in the USA and eat eggs that come from processed food eating chickens. If you buy the good free range ones, it dont think you have to worry about that.

  5. @prettyinpink7698 on February 1, 2026 at 12:17 pm

Seems like one of the worst things they ever told us was not to eat eggs.

    • @izi_6772 on February 1, 2026 at 1:13 pm

The other bad thing is to eat them every day.

    • @imaginova88 on February 1, 2026 at 1:55 pm

      @izi_6772educate yourself

    • @heyyou1-y7p on February 1, 2026 at 2:37 pm

Why would they want you healthy? How could they buy their mansions if they tell you how to be healthy.
A cured patient is a lost customer.

This man is very right. Eat eggs daily.. 🥚

      Blessings

    • @justinalonso8648 on February 1, 2026 at 1:29 pm

Thats because you got less calories in. Not because keto is something magical.😅

    • @heyyou1-y7p on February 1, 2026 at 2:38 pm

It won’t last, sorry. It’s incredibly un healthy and unsustainable.

    • @agulanwo856 on February 1, 2026 at 4:20 pm

The more you consume healthy & strong food; the more you will be healthy & strong.

  7. @starkefir57 on February 1, 2026 at 12:24 pm

❤ Who else gets a sweet tooth after eating?

    • @vickiwojtowicz7391 on February 1, 2026 at 12:55 pm

      That’s a sign of parasites.

    • @catbb1000 on February 1, 2026 at 1:16 pm

@vickiwojtowicz7391Well if it is I’ve had parasites all my 67 years.😂 I was raised on dessert after supper and I’ve continued it all my life.

    • @andreaspeters3773 on February 1, 2026 at 1:18 pm

Mostly i don’t like to destroy the taste of a good meal 🤔…. so no!
I’ve broken myself of that habit.
In between i know the sweets taste good but i really don’t need or want them,…. without any willpower.
Occasionally i decide to eat something sweet.

    • @donrundy3767 on February 1, 2026 at 1:23 pm

Yes eating avocados helps reduce sugar cravings after meals because their high healthy fat and fiber content stabilizes blood sugar, increases satiety, and slows digestion.

    • @katerinalove7704 on February 1, 2026 at 1:41 pm

I don’t. I rarely eat sweets. Idk why or even how that happened. It’s weird.

  8. @greatestever8269 on February 1, 2026 at 12:34 pm

I eat pasture raised eggs almost everyday for the past few years, I dont feel bad so maybe thats why 😅 but I dont feel different or notice anything outstanding but maybe thats just my default now

  9. @Caz340 on February 1, 2026 at 12:43 pm

I love eggs. Cooked in a little butter, real butter on toast. ❤

  10. @karensimons9260 on February 1, 2026 at 12:45 pm

  12. @OliveGreen_Girl on February 1, 2026 at 12:57 pm

Dr. BERG, thank you for existing! ❤

    • @johncollins8304 on February 1, 2026 at 4:14 pm

Nice sentiment but silly, as is thanking anyone or anything for existing. You can’t even thank God for existing. You can thank Mr and Mrs Berg, though. 😂

  13. @starkefir57 on February 1, 2026 at 1:01 pm

Sugar companies 😮 hate the eggs
Eating eggs helps prevent sugar cravings primarily by providing high-quality protein and healthy fats that promote satiety (fullness) and stabilize blood sugar levels, reducing the need for quick-energy sugar fixes. A protein-rich breakfast, such as eggs, can reduce afternoon and evening snacking on high-sugar foods by controlling appetite-regulating hormones.

  14. @bornagain2890 on February 1, 2026 at 1:08 pm

Add avocados and you got a powerful duo!

    • @heyyou1-y7p on February 1, 2026 at 2:36 pm

      Yummy yes!

    • @aa-fw2pw on February 1, 2026 at 3:46 pm

He was also saying black pepper and turmeric too

    • @jeanpaultongeren125 on February 1, 2026 at 5:18 pm

eggs with chees, eggs with 1/2 tuna, eggs with vegetables (low carb veggies) eggs with bacon

    • @karylkline6442 on February 1, 2026 at 5:23 pm

I just had a dippy egg with half an avocado this morning. I love that combo!!!

    • @derekellisCAN on February 1, 2026 at 5:34 pm

    I eat three eggs a day ❤

  17. @KRISHANU01 on February 1, 2026 at 2:08 pm

I lost a lot of hair after stopping eggs for few years. Recently I started eggs again and hairs are coming back very quickly

  18. @sanderossi8013 on February 1, 2026 at 3:19 pm

Nice! And it is also the most practical bread replacement that I know of. Been looking for one for years and eggs is it.

  19. @jacklangley861 on February 1, 2026 at 4:20 pm

I’ve been eating 3 eggs (breakfast)a day for 20 years. I’m 65 yo now with an increasingly enlarged prostate. 2 weeks ago I came across information that said eggs enlarge the prostate. So I cut down to 3 eggs per week. Wow! What a difference. Only getting up once a night versus 3 is a life changer for me.

  20. @BRUHEDSHORTS on February 1, 2026 at 4:23 pm

    I ate 10 eggs a day past 4years I’m lean and strong 🔥
