    My only complaint is that’s not a “smash burger”

      This is how you make a smash burger, you can press it down (and thin the patty out) as much as you prefer. I will agree that typical smash burgers are made thinner than what is in the video, but it’s all personal preference at the end of the day.

      Thanks – yes it is! If you want it to be more authentic, you can dice some onion and add it into the sauce, but as it is it’s close enough for me.
