    How synchronistic. I just finished a bowl of yogurt, without the heavy whipping cream and allulose, with blueberries and strawberries on top. I also threw in some extra sweetness with nutritious honey. Not officially keto, but an incredible superfood nutrition wise. It’s so weird to see the thing I just ate right there in front of me on YouTube. Lol.

    Yesterday I had this and threw in some raw sunflower seeds to give it some texture. Not sure why I didn’t remember to do that this time.
