Bravo! This the best keto recipe channel ever! Great tasting food, pleasant background music, and you don’t have to watch someone dice an onion for 5 minutes. Thank you.

Delicious! I think people forget how delicious well-seasoned, unbreaded, pan-fried chicken breasts can be (if not overcooked)!! Then with a cream sauce to finish them! I can’t eat that beautiful, classic spinach, so opt for other veggies. Mushrooms are a favorite this way and sometimes crumbled bacon, too. Or flavored with tarragon or thyme. Or lemon or Dijon mustard. Or with some cheese sprinkled on or melted into the sauce. Always delicious and always something new.

The creamed spinach acts as a side dish but if you want something else, you can add basically any low-carb vegetable you want. Broccolini/broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, zoodles, green beans, etc. Just make sure that it fits into your macros.
