Great recipe it’s time for soup!! Thanks for sharing 🙂👍🏽
Always happy to help!
what kind of keto is this? where are the fats? You can’t get enough of this soup.
First course?
If you check out the title of the video, it says it’s a high protein recipe. Hope that helps clarify! If you want to add fats, you’re welcome to but this is specifically a higher protein recipe for people that either workout or have other meals that are higher in fat and lower in protein.
Looks delicious. I was concerned the amount of olive oil will make it too oily. Thoughts?
This looks nice & easy. And reminds me that I need to make chicken stock in the Instant Pot (I save the bones after I cook drums & thighs in the ‘IP’ for 8 min on high pressure).
Yum! Always great to have your own stock on hand 😋
There are no mushrooms in chicken soup!
Pretty sure you can add whatever you want to chicken soup as long as it has some type of broth base and chicken. If you don’t want mushrooms in yours, don’t add them…pretty simple 👍
Looks good RuledMe I was just about to make a batch of your sausage and peppers soup. Might have to do this recipe instead… 👍👍👍
Oh yes. Im trying to eat lighter. Can you do more soup content for this cold season coming up? Thank you. 🙏🏾
Hello Mel, The soup really looks good. You say it makes 6 servings, 4.9 carbs per serving. How much is a serving size 1/2 cup, 1 cup ect. On a side note I made the flourless crumb chicken I kicked up the heat a little with cayenne pepper and pepper sauce it was amazing. Thanks God bless.
I never measure out cups when it comes to serving sizes. It’s better to measure it by weight. This should make around 10-12 cups worth of soup, so 1.75-2 cups per serving sounds about right.
The timing of this is extraordinary. I have been boiling chicken breast for my dog. The store was out so I grabbed chicken thigh. Skin off. It smelled so good after boiling I tried a bit of the water (which I always leave because there are fats that are good for my pup) I was like w/ the right seasoning I think I could make keto soup this way! Idk if you have every tried boiling the chicken to make your own broth. Thanks for all the work you do!
