Awesome nice and simple, thanks RuledMe. 👍👍👍
Thanks!
mmm mmm good!
That’s a winner! So many directions to take this, too! Buffalo style with some blue cheese crumbles, Asian style with teriyaki sauced chicken and sesame ginger dressing in the slaw, etc
Buffalo style is my personal favorite 😋

I go back and forth, but I agree!
Have you ever tried Frank’s Red Hot Seasoning? It’s a powder you can shake out. For a 1/4 tsp (I can’t imagine you’d ever have more than that in a serving!) it’s 0 carbs. The ingredients aren’t terrible, but not the best either. Maltodextrin and sugar, but can’t be much if 1/4 tsp is 0 carbs. I use for quick Buffalo stuff. If I’m cooking fresh chopped chicken or strips or even grilling a whole breast or thighs, I sprinkle it on and sort of rub it in and it has a nice Buffalo flavor without being overpowering or going up your nose or in your eyes when you’re sautéing in a pan on the stove. It’s an option, depending on your comfort level.
I will definitely be adding celery seeds to mine. Thanks for another fantastic video.
Yes keto Salad thx Ladybugs🐞🐞 #Ruledme #tastydeliousyummy
That was a video on how to make coleslaw. 👎🏻
People want fast and easy meals that don’t use a lot of ingredients…that what this is. If you don’t want to watch, you’re not required to 👍
“Keto” chicken implies you did something more than just make plain coleslaw and put some plain chicken next to it. Retitle video “Plain chicken and close slaw.” Throwing the “keto” in there without doing anything other than plop plain chicken onto a plate is deceptive and pandering clickbait. @@RuledMe
“Keto” chicken means exactly that – a meal with chicken that fits into a ketogenic diet. This uses rotisserie chicken that is already pre-seasoned and cooked. I assume you’ve never had it before, but you don’t need to “do anything” to it because it’s already complete and a very common ingredient that people on keto already buy in the US. Again, you don’t have to watch the video if you don’t want to. Good luck!@@blaney6591
Thank you! I now have a new tasty meal for my love of cabbage!
Hey I hope you’d answer me, I didn’t have ranch so I used heinz Caesar dressing, I calculated 3 tablespoons and it came out to233 alone 😅😅😅 and I already ate
Not sure what you want me to answer? With Caesar it would be fine, too. You can check the difference in macros by visiting the recipe on the website – I have a full nutrition breakdown there. The macros wouldn’t change too much.
Im new to your channel. Keto was always difficult because of the meal prep….your videos are helping so much!
