    I take tumeric capsules.
    Two -three cups a day of coffee,
    Sometimes green tea, (I’ll drink more)
    And I’m not a beet guy.. but maybe I’ll try again.
    I’ve been a drinker for far too long.. trying to (hopefully) heal my innerds..
    Liver and kidneys and stomach..

      Good for you! Just be very careful re oxylates (like in turmeric & beets) if you have kidney troubles.
