Over the past 2 months I’ve done “OMAD” drinking ‘bulletproof’ coffee first thing in the morning and electrolyte mid-day, followed by my meal at 6pm, usually wild-caught salmon and a medium bowl of salad with fruit salad and Greek yogurt for dessert. I’ve lost all the fat, my waist went from 35″ down to 28″… My Skin looks a little crinkled. Should I start eating more meals a day?

    • @microtyger on February 23, 2024 at 1:20 pm

I’m now taking the Euvexia electrolyte drink every day and am feeling great. I compared with some of the other similar mixes and as far as cost for what’s in it, this IMHO is the best. The others always seem to leave something out, one mineral or another, and I’m a fan of Dr Sten and I know each of these ingredients are very important.
Especially, last summer, when I was camping and sweating a lot, this mix was so rejuvenating. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

    • @SweeetAdeline on February 23, 2024 at 2:07 pm

Upon rising, I drink sea salt with lemon in water, followed by organic coffee with organic, grass-fed ghee and organic MCT oil. Thank you, Dr. Ekberg!

    • @bostonpicker6890 on February 23, 2024 at 2:19 pm

I drink your electrolytes daily but honestly it tastes god-awful, with a horrible bite sensation in the back of the tongue.

Water is my number one drink

    • @drekberg on February 23, 2024 at 11:34 am

Thank you @beverlychristian6202. Good for you. ๐Ÿ˜„

    • @lee-anne2353 on February 23, 2024 at 11:49 am

      Mine too

    • @bellakim9404 on February 23, 2024 at 12:36 pm

Me too, except one cup of coffee in the morning. The clearly filtered water pitcher eliminates flouride too. Just an fyi…

    • @irmakalember9403 on February 23, 2024 at 12:39 pm

Me too for like 12 years now

    • @patclaus8510 on February 23, 2024 at 1:03 pm

I keep a full pitcher of water right on our kitchen table at all timesโ€ฆ this keeps it top of mind all day long, and I really need that. Really works well.

  3. @MyMy-tv7fd on February 23, 2024 at 11:28 am

I am pretty sure that the coffeols in coffee are digestible and therefore do not have zero cal. I like a glass of water with a little powdered vitamin C for its nutrition and taste. As a beginner two tips to get going are 1) fast only on the weekend or when on holiday so you can get warm and sleep more if you need to – it can get you over an initial lack of energy situation, 2) fast during the summer, it is easier because the body’s need to maintain core temps is easier

    • @drekberg on February 23, 2024 at 12:01 pm

Thank you @MyMy-tv7fd. I have not found any evidence of that. While coffee is often quoted as having 5 calories per cup, that is probably due to it having 1.2 grams of fiber which would give 4.8 calories if we could digest it, which of course we can’t. It contains about 0.1 g of lipids and 0.1 g of protein, which could give about 1 calorie. On the other hand caffeine is a stimulant which probably causes the average person to burn off some extra calories, even though the effect has a diminishing return with habitual coffee drinking.๐Ÿ˜„
