Exactly, I am so sick of people telling me butter is bad for you.
My favorite butter is imperial sticks. No cholesterol less sodium and carbs and cheaper. It’s easier to spread. Ido watch my carbs especially cholesterol and salt.
I think the choice of butter is what should be looked at. I love butter.
It might be bad for you. Who knows. It’s definitely linked to heart disease. Who knows whether the research is valid or not. No research to say it’s healthy either 🤷🏽♂️
