@Es26208they make your heart work harder and difficult to lower cortisol, and difficult to bring your blood pressure or blood sugar back down. They are also addictive.

I quit sugar in 2018 and I stopped eating bread in 2020 from looking at Dr Berg videos.The 2 best decisions in my life….I was wearing a jeans size of 56 and I had a hard time finding clothes and shoes and I remember most of my shoes didn’t last long in the heels they was always leaning to the side ..I couldn’t hardly walk to far without stopping to catch my breath …My poor ankles and knees was so painful and I had Gout Tarsal tunnel and arthritis , Now I love wearing a jeans size of 38
Eat sour dough dose not spiked insulin
I’d give 0 (zero) for useless things & harmful habits.
They gave me a headache in the nineties and I am glad I didn’t drink them after that first bad experience .

Yes, perhaps one shouldn’t eat in the morning, I never did, but now when I have to take morning medications I have no other choice but to take them with food. 🤷♀️

Spot on and I am on 44 hrs of a 72 hrs fast and never felt better. I do not like to eat until after 12 but try to wait until 3 to 5. YOU ARE AWESOME as you changed my eating life style…. blood sugar at 44 hrs was 90.
