      @sugarmuffin319 you could use ai to help you, the flagship grok ai is free at them moment on x later it will cost 30$ i like using claude ai its 20$ a month i find it very useful it has a free version too but the free ai si not that good at the moment. i think running would help with face fat. good luck.

      Use pillows on your back and try not to sit too high above the desk do some exercises and workouts specifically backtraining

      Sit on an exercise ball while studying, so that your core has to be engaged to balance you.

    Wow the stiffness and pain is gone from adding more fish oil and more Vitamin D3 K2 to my diet and I feel much better inside and out my skin and hair looking good, people are saying that I looks like myself again
