Doctors Got It Wrong! This Causes of Obesity – NOT Sugar

Simple At Home Inflammation Test:

Doctors Got It Wrong! This Causes of Obesity – NOT Sugar is a video that describes what is further upstream than detecting high blood sugar — inflammation.

If you've been struggling with weight loss, chronic fatigue, or unexplained symptoms, you’re not alone — and there’s good news. Dr. Nick Zyrowski is a trusted expert in natural health who helps people just like you discover how to lose weight, reverse chronic conditions like fatty liver and insulin resistance, and finally heal from the inside out.

One of the most overlooked causes of stubborn weight gain and poor metabolic health is cellular inflammation. This silent but powerful trigger disrupts hormone signaling, stalls fat loss, and contributes to insulin resistance — a major factor behind type 2 diabetes. Understanding inflammation in the body is essential to reversing disease and restoring vibrant health.

Dr. Nick Zyrowski teaches that to truly heal, you need to get to the root of the inflammatory response. That’s why he often recommends an inflammation test or inflammation blood test to assess your body’s internal stress and guide your healing plan. When high inflammation levels in a blood test show up, it’s a warning sign that your immune system is overactive, potentially causing damage to your cells, blood vessels, and organs.

One of the best ways to start reversing these issues is by implementing an inflammation diet — a powerful approach to nutrition that focuses on real, anti-inflammatory foods that calm the immune system and support healing. Combined with the right lifestyle changes and supplementation, this can be the best way to reduce inflammation naturally.

But Dr. Zyrowski takes things a step further with cellular detox — a science-based strategy for deep cellular detoxification that clears environmental toxins, heals the gut, and restores proper cell signaling. Detoxing at the cellular level is essential not only for inflammation and healing, but also for breaking through stubborn weight loss plateaus and improving overall energy.

Dr. Nick Zyrowski often incorporates cutting-edge approaches like inflammation healing frequency therapies to reset the body’s natural healing systems. These modalities, combined with advanced nutritional protocols, help regulate your inflammatory response at the deepest level.

For people with metabolic conditions like insulin resistance, fatty liver, and reversing diabetes, this holistic strategy is key. Instead of masking symptoms, Dr. Zyrowski focuses on restoring function and activating the body’s innate intelligence to heal.

Whether you're looking for sustainable weight loss, wondering how to lose weight while reducing inflammation, or seeking to reverse chronic illness through root-cause solutions, Dr. Nick Zyrowski’s natural health approach offers a clear path forward.

Start your journey today by learning how to test your inflammation, heal your cells, and reset your metabolism with the guidance of Dr. Nick Zyrowski — your partner in natural health, healing, and lifelong transformation.

that inflammation is because of Carbs and sugar. And everyone talking about no carbs , no sugar, warn about insulin resistance & inflammation plus to change your diet . So how can you say they do not talk about inflammation, if that is one of the first things they tell you! Every Keto and Carnivore doctor, promoter etc tells you this right away.

    • @dr.nickzyrowski on August 2, 2025 at 12:40 pm

Wrong, your missing the point. Inflammation caused by toxins, bad oils etc… can break the blood sugar mechanisms making you not be able to tolerate carbs and sugar.
The idea that it’s just carbs and sugar is short sited to the whole puzzle of obesity.

Yeah but its the sugar and carbs that are causing the cellular inflammation. I know it did with me. Once I cut all that out of my diet every issue I had literally disappeared

    • @dr.nickzyrowski on August 2, 2025 at 2:35 pm

It’s a puzzle and each piece plays a part of the bigger picture.

    • @Robert-p4n3c on August 2, 2025 at 3:26 pm

I totally agree..but I need carbs because I am diabetic and on insulin.

    • @karhorng on August 2, 2025 at 3:34 pm

you don’t need carbs and insulin when you’re on a carnivore diet or way of eating. I’m the proves as a T2DM & HTN in remission and meds free since Dec 2023 until today.

The term “pre” diabetes drives me crazy in the sense that it’s a new column for Drs to prescribe medication. Pre means they don’t have it yet! Correct the diet and no meds are needed. We either have diabetes or we don’t.

Is a CRP test the same at the test you mentioned? Thank you

  12. @HealthyWriter on August 2, 2025 at 5:47 pm

How can you buy meta-oxy test within EU? It seems like it’s only sold in the US. A quick Chatgpt search says it’s not sold in EU. Not sure how if it is possible to import medical equipment.

    • @dr.nickzyrowski on August 2, 2025 at 6:12 pm

I’m not sure if it ships there. You can check the site.

  13. @Billy97ify on August 2, 2025 at 5:53 pm

How are you proving that this inflammation is causal? It is likely associated but may be the result of metabolic disease.
Your recommendations are the standard mumbo jumbo that doesn’t work for most people. Stopping intake of carbs works for many people.

    • @dr.nickzyrowski on August 2, 2025 at 6:19 pm

It can easily be proved through lab testing. Plenty of science proves this. So I’m not proving it in this video in the way of scientific study, that already exists.
Point being is many people around the world eat carbs and don’t suffer with obesity issues.
People in US eat carbs and blow up from them.
People who live in the US all the time report going to other countries, eating carbs the whole time, and never gaining a pound. The story goes far beyond the typical social media health guru story of stop eating carbs and sugar.
If you suffer from cellular inflammation, sugar can’t enter the cell, it stay in the bloodstream, insulin goes up, fat storage occurs. This was all explained in the video.
