I wish all those MDs in America also watch you. Yesterday I had a consultation with my PCP and she was furious about my following the intermittent fasting and no carb regimen. In Feb my HbA1C was 8.9 and today it’s 6.9 thanks to your guidance and just bare minimum steps like healthy diet and bit of exercise at my senior age. This era is nutritionist era for sure.
Oh trust me, they watch and they are mad. 😂 They are also part of a club for against him called, the hater MD club. Jealously is an ugly thing.

Which is sad because their are educated doctors that will promote this. My sons keto doctor was all about IF and low carb (obviously) lol They used it in a medical sense to help control seizures. Unfortunately the keto formula that is covered under insurance for this purpose is soy and seed oil based and we are in a bad way financially to be able to buy and make an all high quality homemade keto formula. They were reluctant to believe the soy or seed oils have any issues. This is the tragedy of the medical industry. One step forward two steps back.

Back in the 60s to the 80s After eating dinner. Most people going to the TV sitting down. I remember 1 of my brothers would come home from work take a shower and eat. Right after that he’s hit the bed and I used to tell him you need to go walking or find something to do around the house or yard. He ended up with T2 diabetes for years. After I found Dr.berg January of 2022 I told my brother and in 1 year his diabetes was gone. From low carb diet and walking and lots more walking.

I told my Foot doctor that his MRI and X-rays not working right. Because my flat feet. And ankles are doing fine. The guy got kinda tired of me. So I had to tell him that fasting was the Key 🗝 to my painful problems that fasting took care of. All he wanted was shots and more physical therapy Etc. That was the last time I saw him because he said that I don’t need to come back unless my pain comes back. 💯 🎯 Keto is powerful 👑 🚶 🗝

I’ve been trying to find real vitamins in local stores that not Synthetic and full of fake oils, etc . But I gave up on that problem. 2 years ago. I stopped at health food store and I was stopped by a worker who told me she remembered me from Telling her about vitamin B1 help with sleep. She had to find out from Dr Berg videos 2 years ago after I left the store. Now she said that she gets all her vitamins from Dr Berg because his vitamins are not fake synthetic like others. It made me feel good knowing that someone has listened to me about Dr Berg videos.
