      Oh gosh, this shirt is super old! I think I got it from Target at least 12 or 13 years ago. And it’s still a favorite! 😊😊

    Paula, what are your thoughts on Rebounding exercises?

      Its great especially if you have knee issues. Gives you the effect of a 30 min jog without stress. Start slow and easy as balance is the issue here. You can get rebounders with frame handles to steady you at first. Boogie Bounce is a good online class. Or maybe Pahla B might do some sessions?
