Fructose gets a bad name because earthlings in all their brilliance have taken this sugar from corn and fruit and used it as a sweetener in sodas and junk foods.

Fruit is COMPLETELY healthy and should be eaten.

Fructose becomes an issue when you put 40 grams into a nutritionally empty soda, and drink it every day.

Unfortunately most people are consuming fructose in this form, and not from fruit… and then claiming fructose is bad.

A little common sense goes a long way.

    Facts! No sugars or carbs for me, they are not a dietary requirement.

    You got to talk to glucose revolution, she says it’s all the same sugar molecule.
    The fiber acts like a retarder for the glucose spike… so… who is right??

    What this proves to me is that people need to get metabolically healthy before good whole foods can do the job God meant it to do. The Bible says that our bodies are meant to be treated as a temple. Treat your body as a temple, by getting into shape by exercise, eating the right whole foods and you will start to look and feel better than you ever have. God bless.
