    • @szabodavid5891 on February 7, 2024 at 6:48 pm

If you stop consuming sugar and food/drink with sugar, Your taste will change in such a way that you will no longer need sugar in your coffee. By the way there is another healthy way to make sweet your coffee ๐Ÿ˜‰

  6. @radroofer on February 7, 2024 at 5:52 pm

    Doubt it

  7. @namebrandkids2558 on February 7, 2024 at 5:56 pm

Yup. Cancer FEEDS off of sugar! Why don’t oncologists mention cutting out sugar 100% to get rid of it instead of jumping straight to the moat harmful and painful method?

    • @sweetdrahthaar7951 on February 7, 2024 at 6:15 pm

Probably because once cancer is started, it will generally spread without treatment. Iโ€™ve learned lots of things about cancer. I never wanted to know, as I am one of the few that have survived pancreatic cancer. At least for now. I got an early diagnosis and was eligible for what itโ€™s called the Whipple Procedure.

Quit sugar 7 years ago. I WAS type 2 diabetic, almost died ketoacedosis. Quit all sugar instantly. Several months decreasing insulin until my pancreas got back on its feet. Normal blood sugar ever since.

  14. @AltMHarr on February 7, 2024 at 6:06 pm

  15. @HaHaroni on February 7, 2024 at 6:06 pm

And why is sugar so detrimental to our health?
    Seed oil

  16. @SpearChuck777 on February 7, 2024 at 6:21 pm

Quit sugar a year ago, started juicing 2 years ago. If not for the juicing I probably would have failed limiting sugar to what doctor Lustig recommends, 9 tsp/day a day for dudes, 6 tsp/day for chicks. The withdrawal would have been too much as we become malnutritioned with sugar and wheat addiction

  17. @ianstuart5660 on February 7, 2024 at 6:51 pm

Dr Berg forgot to add that besides all those health issues, everything else might be fine!

  18. @Feinrizulwur on February 7, 2024 at 7:00 pm

    Just one more.
Sugar blocks the receptor om the lipoptotein transporter for cholesterol. The liver cant take it and process it.
Bad cholesterol is a kind of sugar poisening.
    Added sugar…
Beer contains even worse sugar, Maltose with GI = 160

  19. @richesefeed1845 on February 7, 2024 at 7:02 pm

    Very good as usual ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฅ€

    • @Drberg on February 7, 2024 at 7:24 pm
