    This is true, I spent 10 years trying to get to the bottom of this problem. I had digestive issues and took stuff to fix it and my respiratory problem went away.

      @@JP-xg8cd no prescription, I fixed it with digestive enzymes, HCL and betaine, gallbladder enzymes with ox bile, ACL with intermittent fasting..

    Keeping Apple cider vinegar next to my bed now,, right next to my glass of water. lol Because I KNOW it works on acid reflux and indigestion (due to too much food and too many carbs) (Thank you thank thank Dr. Berg!) and It helps really fast too. (like Tagamet fast) only I like helping my body do it jobs not taking pills to only work on the symptoms. Taking better care of me now 🙌🏼

    No one discusses sleeping too well which can be a problem. I sleep like I’m in a coma and it takes hours for the brain to wake up after I wake up for the day. It’s horrible being that brain fog/stupor state every morning when I don’t even drink alcohol.
