Here is what you need to know..

Fasting is a good things for you. But too much of it can slow the metabolism. This is why I recommend you practice intermittent fasting for only 5 days of the week and take a break 2 days.

Chronically high cortisol has such a negative impact on your metabolism because of the stress and impact it has on thyroid function.

To reduce stress I recommend doing deep breathing exercises like box breathing. I also like to use meditation and gratitude journaling as a way of stress reduction.

As for under- eating… everyone should figure out their macros and calorie intake needed to have a ballpark figure as to what is required by their bodies. This way you are eating exactly what you need. Not too much, not too little.
