30kg that’s like loads. I need to lose 70lbs.
Good times! 💪😃 But please take care of your elbows (Think I’ve been overdoing the pull-ups recently, and my elbows want to warn your elbows to be careful!!)🤸♀️💕
I want to learn to do pull-ups but I think I’m relatively far off. However I’ve been practicing a bit by doing short hangs and reverse lowers on my shower frame, which is pretty sturdy (I haven’t got a pull up bar). That said, I don’t think I’ve really doing enough to make serious progress. It would be cool if this could be the year that I get my first pull-up 😅💪

I’m trying to learn chinups and pull-ups but am wondering if it’s good to do it everyday? Don’t the muscles need to recover in order to get stronger?🙈
Do inverted rows or band assistance count? I can get 1.5 pull-ups currently with no assistance
