Did you know you can use castor oil for your skin? Castor oil has been used for thousands of years for its amazing healing properties and benefits. In this video, find out how to use castor oil for glowing, youthful skin, longer hair, and more.

Castor oil can naturally give your skin a soft, glowing, firm look. It’s the best remedy for wrinkles or dry skin. Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid, a penetrating moisturizer for your skin and hair. It also has powerful anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects.

Many skin-related problems are caused by an overgrowth of bacteria, yeast, or fungus. Castor oil is the perfect antidote—you can even use it for acne.

Castor oil contains vitamin E, which can protect your skin from UV radiation and pollution. It has potent wound-healing properties and can help fade dark spots for an even complexion.

Castor oil contains beta-carotene, the precursor to vitamin A, which supports the skin.
It also contains magnesium and potassium.

Evidence suggests castor oil can help stimulate collagen synthesis, which is vital for anti-aging. Apply castor oil routinely to scars, stretch marks, and acne scars to help them fade.

Many people dilute castor oil with other oils, such as coconut or olive oil, because of its thick and sticky texture. It can also be used as is. Take a couple of drops and rub them into your skin, focusing on dry, wrinkled, reddened, or irritated areas.

Try using castor oil before bed, so it has plenty of time to penetrate the skin. Be careful using castor oil around the pelvic area or abdomen if you’re pregnant, as it can induce labor.

To use castor oil for hair growth, massage it into your scalp. This can help stimulate hair growth, especially if you have alopecia. You can also rub a few drops through your hair before bed.

Look for organic, cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil for the best quality and the most benefits. Many people have seen positive effects from Jamaican black castor oil.

You can also use castor oil for eyelashes! Apply a small amount of castor oil to the root of your eyelashes daily to strengthen and lengthen your eyelashes.

You don’t have to worry about the toxin in castor oil because it’s eliminated in the manufacturing process.

Go to the hospital doctor to use their ability to use blood work and scans to see what’s going on and then decide how yorue going to take care of yourself after that doing research. And of course in an emergency western medicine is the place to go.

I am Haitian and all Haitians have a bottle of castor oil at home. It is a remedy for a multitude of ailments and it helps to grow long and healthy hair. When I was a child and was suffering from a bad cold with a fever, my mother would rub my whole body with black castor oil before going to bed. The next morning, the fever would be gone, the cough would loosen and moreover, my skin would look beautiful! I also remarked that the castor oil helped to remove dirt from my skin as I showered. We even use castor oil with sour oranges as a detox administered orally. Castor oil is called Palma Christi oil as the leaves of the plant look like the palm of Christ. It is interesting to observe that other cultures are now discovering the properties of castor oil.

Castor oil is amazing!! I was diagnosed with Calcific tendonitis in my right shoulder last June. It was so bad that my shoulder completely froze. Unfortunately I had to get a cortisone shot from the orthopedic specialist in order to do physical therapy. I refused any pain pills because I do not like them. I work out 4-5 times a week. I like to keep my shoulder loose. Once in a while it’ll flare up with a bit of pain especially when it’s damp outside. I put Castor oil on my shoulder and then my red light therapy for 15 minutes. I told the specialist I was doing this because I also heard that castor oil can also break up calcium deposits. He agreed with me and said to continue what I was doing. Castor oil is amazing for so many different things!

So far, no dramatic improvement but I think a tiny bit of improvement in cheeks and liver spots, still no lashes or eyebrows. I’m sure at my age it will take more time so I’m being patient. And younger people should start a regimen of prevention rather than old lady restoration, lol

I’ve been using castor oil also but was not always on schedule with it, getting better and I do think I see a change, more on the way my shin looks but the wrinkles are diminishing at a snails pace. I think you’re right about it responding faster to younger skin. I use at night before bed to give it time to soak in and first thing in the morning also. It would be great to turn the clock back a few years. I have found that patting your face with your hands like a light slap 30 seconds at least on each area helps to plump my skin, I also pat gently under the eyes, guess it helps wake up collagen. I’ve patted the bottom of my chin are for years, saw it on an old movie, my daughter always comments how good it looks, no sagging.

I’ve been using it on my face and different body parts for 6 months. I am seeing improvements. People are always shocked when they I tell them my age, and it’s not just about using castor oil, it’s also about eating healthy, having a positive attitude, smiling and laughing, having inner peace and just living a joyous, peaceful life. We can all do that!

PS: I also have used castor oil every night on my feet. I had a large bone spur on one foot. It was large and hurt inside most shoes. Ater using the oil for 6 months, that bone spur is much smaller and way less painful (my bunions have also improved). ☺️ I did buy a castor oil foot pack to wear at night to help the oil to penetrarte.

Did you need to mix it with other oils like olive oil for your body?
I have no problem using it on my hairline and face.
But is it easy to use on the whole body?!!
