Unfortunately breakfast foods are awful. They tend to be bagels, toast, cereals, or even muffins in America.

If you skip breakfast then you may find yourself drinking a coffee with cream and sugar, which is just as bad. This is Because you didn’t eat protein but broke your fast with sugar, you now remain in a state where your body breaks down muscle for protein. This is referred to as a catabolic state. You simply didn’t feed your body appropriately.

When you eat for the first time of the day you want lots of fats and above 30 grams of protein is ideal.

    Actually fat and protein not great fot me at all. I switched to more carbs earlier on. J est porridge with blueberries cinamon and maple syrop. My weight went down and energy went up. No cravings. Check-out Ray Peat nutrition gor mitochondria. Carbs sre good. As long as you keep ratio of good fats ( no Puffas) to less then 30% of all cslorie intske Randall’s cycle normalises
