This statistic is alarming…
The number two reason for poor outcomes if you got sick with the “health situation” over the past two years was a vitamin D deficiency.
Think of how stupid it is when you put this in to perspective. It’s so avoidable, preventable and inexpensive to have adequate vitamin D in your body.
Instead of getting exercise, eating right and getting vitamin D, doctors offered something else that research is proving to have some very negative side effects.
If I feel even a hint of getting sick, or everyone is sick around me, I’m on the immune boosting protocol. I’ve done this for years because when I’m sick it’s a massive problem. We have to call 40 people who were counting on me to get them and keep them week to tell them I won’t be in. So getting sick is not an option for me in my opinion.
I’ve never missed a day of work in my entire career. I don’t plan on it either. But I know if I want to show up, I have to be smart and take care of my body.

I try to take NAC, but the pills stink so badly I can barely choke them down.
Slow release vitamin c
I felt like I was getting the flu the other day but I take daily 5000 IU vit D, zinc, eat vitamin C rich foods, and doubled my NAC intake for a couple of days. Beyond feeling a bit tired for 2 days, I bounced right back!
