I did a CHEAT day. Chain restaurant, favorite comfort foods I was trained to LOVE… fries, sugary sauces, sweet drink…. it was delicious… in only halt an hour, I started to ache, bloated, and fatigue. Pain all over for a day. Unusual for me… Very pronounced… sigh…
and a next day suffer all day. I am afraid of fast food now. I only order meat patty for emergency meal. I still get some kind of food craving one hour after MacDonald meat patties. something in the meat makes people eat more.

same happens to me…i cannot eat a restaurant meal any time n feel good…i feel lethargic,bp goes high n feel low on energy….. wish there could be restaurants serving food like home cooked food.😢
I cheat with food samples at Costco or Whole Foods sometimes so I get the taste and mouth feel from basically one bite of something I wouldn’t normally eat without feeling unwell. I have hard NOs for certain things and don’t overdo it. Not for everyone but works for me.

I literally just bought some bee propolis for bloating. I have Lyme disease, mold toxicity and that gave me hypothyroidism. Keto has been the way I’ve been wanting to go. This video came out just in time. Thanks, again! ❤

Keto is low to no carb and lots of non-starchy veg inside a feeding window (ie intermittent fasting).

I have a very clean keto diet, and never eat out, but a couple days ago, we went to the Outback. I had a salad and meatloaf. I was shocked tasting the meatloaf…it tasted like dessert! It was loaded with sugar! I got a headache later, and had digestive problems. Next time I’ll order my salad dressing on the side, and will maybe just have coffee. Or not go out at all! Thanks for all your help, Dr. Berg. Our lives are so much better because of you!!!

This is beyond amazing. The puzzle pieces here that you have put together make perfect sense. I know now what I’ve been suffering from for over 8 years. I’ve been misdiagnosed in many states and put on prednisone and other dangerous meds when I should not have been. Doctors kept shoving me more medicine and my body has been suffering in so many extreme ways. Thank you, Dr. Berg.
