It didn’t hurt, so I stood on one leg and hummed and ate some dark German chocolate while watching this. Sniffing will have to wait. When I live past 100, I’ll come back to this video! Oh, by the way, when I was in uni, I used to sing Michael Jackson’s “Beat It”. Perhaps I need to go back to that.

    • @mimetype on July 6, 2025 at 10:19 am

Making YouTube videos instead of treating people?

    • @1221-w3c on July 6, 2025 at 10:30 am

@mimetype Thereby helping infinitely more people all over the world.

    • @lettyrainez8960 on July 6, 2025 at 10:34 am

      You are absolutely correct!! 😊
My primary care was also a Neurologist and taught at UC San Diego. I found him in 2013.
      He retired this past Spring.😢

    • @bethechange8889 on July 6, 2025 at 11:20 am

@1221-w3c that’s so true! I love that he’s doing this.

    • @peacelove7517 on July 6, 2025 at 12:03 pm

@mimetype This way he has way more time to help millions, if not billions around the globe. Hence, If we don’t take full responsibility for our own health n WELLBEING nobody will. Definitely NOT BIG PHARMA for sure. 😅😅😅
PS; i have been using n continue to use his vitamins n minerals. it has helped me a lot. Especially while i was hospitalised in Thailand during my Holidays for the 1st time in my life after over 5 decades of travelling globally. Due to an accident with a severely broken foot. Fault of a Japanese girl obviously 😢 i had refused morfine n all other horrible chemicals and i ordered Dr. Berg vitamins and minerals. Since I was raised eating only organic food, and plants for prevention than cure. Thank God zero medications in 6 decades, still continue until my good bye from this lovely planet Earth. Love n light to all humanity. ❤❤❤

I do 2 hours of walking in the mornings and 24 hour fastings and staying off sugar for 2 weeks and my wait is reducing and my blood pressure is down to 112 so far.

    • @hlavutelomaringa5360 on July 6, 2025 at 11:06 am

Down from what if I may ask?

    • @lanagrahamntx on July 6, 2025 at 11:22 am

Staying off sugar all of the time is optimal!! I’ve been off for 1 year. Off of 3 BP meds and 60 pounds gone. I also do strict keto. No seed oils, no grains, no gluten.

  5. @jackblack3886 on July 6, 2025 at 10:17 am

In traditional yoga there is Brahmari pranayama – humming bee breathing exercise- 2. Vrikshasana – tree pose – now being patronized by several researchers world wide (without giving credits ofcourse 😂😂)

    • @Tyu-t3p on July 6, 2025 at 11:10 am

100 percent true.Never give credit where it is due, and then after a few years call it self invention

    • @bernadetteloughlan2838 on July 6, 2025 at 12:18 pm

Hi there, that sounds great been a tree. Xox

  8. @bittoobhai3797 on July 6, 2025 at 10:35 am

This humming is a pranayama exercise in Yoga. It’s good for thyroid as well

    • @vasudevpranadas on July 6, 2025 at 12:19 pm

Specifically it’s called Bramari Pranayam or the humming bee breathing exercise

    • @tulipefitness on July 6, 2025 at 12:31 pm

      📝🙏.

    • @HBC26 on July 6, 2025 at 3:42 pm

❤ 🎯 Sugar and carbs are hurting and killing people every other day. I remember having T2 diabetes buying sweets and eating rice, pasta and even sugar free stuff. I started reading the ingredients on everything and learning how to beat diabetes. I rather eat mashed cauliflower and cauliflower rice Before any type of rice. Brown rice and wild rice is still a carbs. Mindset is powerful and I love waking up every day. Keto fasting is the Key 🗝 Also lots of walking and finding something to do. Get 2 moving around the house and yard. God is good .

    • @KarenJordan-cd5nx on July 6, 2025 at 11:10 am

We are wonderfully made in GOD’S image ~

    • @jeanpaultongeren125 on July 6, 2025 at 11:20 am

but if you exercise hard, carbs are actually benefitial. ( for example, millitary personal, building workers)

    • @EternalJoy5479 on July 6, 2025 at 12:49 pm

@jeanpaultongeren125 carbs like salad/veggies, etc. If you have no health problems from eating grains, rice, pasta etc that is great for you but I trust everything Dr Berg teaches about the harms of these foods to the body. I cannot eat a biscuit, pasta, too much bread, rice, etc without ill effects from it. Wasn’t always like this for me of course but my body cannot deal with these foods anymore.

Thank you Dr. Berg for sharing n caring. I do most of what you have mentioned, apart from the sniffing. However, i live close to Lavander fields, in the south of France. Therefore, i put bouquets of fresh Lavande around the house n spray liquid of it on my bedsheets n pillow case, too. I’m not a big fan of sugar but whenever i feel like it i eat a tiny piece of organic 100% dark cacao. Humming n one foot stand is a thousand year old technique from yoga that does wonders for your health. Your precious time and dedication to helping ppl FOC is highly appreciated Dr. Berg. Thank you n Stay blessed ever. ❤❤❤

Thank you Dr. Berg, I am a healthier person after finding your channel.😊

  12. @SeniorGuideTV on July 6, 2025 at 12:01 pm

Dr. Berg seems to know everything about the human body. One of the smartest doctors I’ve come across. Do you agree?

    • @seswf1375 on July 6, 2025 at 1:51 pm

I would agree that the internet is amazing.

    • @brothermine2292 on July 6, 2025 at 3:19 pm

No. I looked at two of the short list of articles linked in the Description, and it’s clear that Dr Berg reaches overly broad conclusions from very narrow studies.
But if by “smart” you mean good at profiting from Youtube, then yes.

    • @SR-rz9uj on July 6, 2025 at 5:28 pm

@@brothermine2292shhh, don’t burst the bubble of these gullible people. Just go to his store and purchase some supplements. 😅

  13. @EverWell50plus on July 6, 2025 at 12:04 pm

😲 Standing on one leg while brushing your teeth boosts memory, singing in the shower works like vitamin C?
I came for the dark chocolate… now I’m standing on one leg, sniffing oils, wearing socks, and humming like a monk 🎵🧦😂
Anyone else doing all of these at once? 🙋‍♂🙋‍♀

  14. @AronBolton-Chicago on July 6, 2025 at 12:21 pm

Some of these health tricks sound so unusual at first, but I’ve learned not to dismiss things just because they’re different. A while back, I started testing out a few simple “weird” habits, like cold exposure and adding minerals to water, and I honestly felt a difference in my energy and focus. Videos like this remind me how much we underestimate small shifts in daily routines. I’m reading Youth Protocol by Dr. Tessa Voss right now, and it really backs up how these practical, often overlooked steps can support the body without overcomplicating things. Glad I didn’t scroll past this one.

Hear about that one, every recomendation

    • @jetfueled2563 on July 6, 2025 at 2:36 pm

after using many essential oils for decades now (including peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary & frankincense) I have experience with them enough to find scientific validation a lovely thing – but it just reinforces my own experience. Peppermint & Rosemary are lovely for ADHD brains !

  15. @cocreativemusic on July 6, 2025 at 1:04 pm

I am a music therapist and love that you’re talking about singing in the shower. I actually healed a herniated disc in part by using my voice, amongst other things to hack the nervous system to get out of pain.

    • @kurozukii on July 6, 2025 at 3:47 pm

This is amazing! I have a dear friend who is suffering from a herniated disk and deals with pain every single day now. I want to help him but I don’t know what to do. Could you give a detailed description of what you did to heal your herniated disk, please? Did you sing daily? In or out the shower? And how you long it took you for the healing?

    • @wirewool2082 on July 6, 2025 at 5:08 pm

Music Makes Us All Feel better. I love documentary “Alive Inside” that shows impact of appropriate music on those with dementia. Free to watch on YouTube.

If you mix coconut oil cacao and a healthy sweetener and freeze it you have the perfect dark chocolate. You can also add vanilla and mushroom powder too. It tastes great!!
