I started OMAD a week and a half ago, my eating period is around 12pm, for some reason i can make about 30 hours without eating. I dont know how much i shed but it really doesn’t matter as long as i cant see my abs i will go further

Doctor, something about your eyes looks tired. I’m not saying anything other than they look tired. Could be your diet, or it could be just how you look. I’m not even sure if it’s something anyone should be concerned about. Just something I’ve noticed and thought to myself why.

What he didn’t say is that if you aren’t active the entire day, you will not be able to fast, and you will end up eating far more than you did prior to starting this diet. So don’t do it unless you set out a plan of what you’re going to do to keep you busy. The second you sit down to watch TV or use your phone, you’re going to have mad cravings.
When you sleep you’re going to have insanely messed up dreams because there is a correlation between your body toxin dumping and your mind stress dumping through dreaming.

Well no you’re not understanding the message it’s about losing weight on a healthy level ..Take in exactly what is being said and you will end the carb cravings
I did OMAD for a while, lost weight and fat, and tons of hair due to undereating. It’s hard to get enough calories in that one meal.
One must make to increase nutrients dense foods in that one meal. May even need supplements.
I’m doing two meals a day, lat one at three. I’m doing no carbs for two weeks only protein. I’m sleeping better and mostly having more energy. I’m working out every other day at the gym, weights. Only water and coffee, coffee only morning time. I haven’t weighed in yet. Sardines are also so good for us, no carbs!
I fast everyday from 8pm to 12pm the next day. My first meal of the day is always organic protein, organic fruit and plenty of alkaline spring water.
Dr. Berg says the stomach must be acidic.
Alkaline water is the opposite.
@macoediv Stomach produces plenty of acid, alkaline water is for the function of the entire body and organs. Look up Dr. Sebi. He really helped heal people through proper nutrition.

There was a book out years ago called how to eat to live and it mentions what Dr Berg is saying right now. Have one meal a day. With the recession going on this will have to become very common for a lot of us. Some even looking for one meal. Sigh
It doesnt mean you eat less. Trust me, you end up in a very nasty place if you do not eat enough in this one hour because you need to keep your body going for 23 hours, so quality matters!
My food from the grocery store is like 80 bucks. Buying only carnivore stuff.

What are your thoughts on organic food, and is it worth the price? is it truly better than non organic food. Is it a gimmick.
See his videos on organic. Best is get your food from caring farmers and ranchers who don’t use poisons to raise their animals, etc. Definitely avoid supermarkets.

Hi, did you start exercising or was it just the diet??
The last five years with the help of Dr Berg’s videos I have been able to do intermittent fasting 16:8 almost every day it has become a habit of not being able to eat breakfast except coffee with cream I lost 17 to 20 lbs in 2020 I kept it off even if I am on menaupose I am 55 fortunately I look away younger than my biological age what I found it hard is to do OMAD I have done it a while ago it’s really powerful to lose weight it works
I do 16/ 8 also and lost 14 pounds in 4 months…its become my daily routine now, and I’m maintaining my weight.
The 1st month I started it I was very tired because I wasn’t eating more than 800 colories a day but now I eat about 1200 colories a day and my energy is back

I had gotten rid of my diabetes type 2, and it’s true. You sleep soooo much better. I stopped doing this due to a horrible situation I’m in rn, and I’m struggling. My sugar went nuts (stress) ,and I’m having to do this again ASAP ! NO CARBS and LOW/NO SUGAR IS SO NECESSARY for weight loss! 😢
I just found out I have a growth on one of my thyroid glands ,and I have to get my sugar under control again(I pray) BEFORE Dr’s. do SURGERY.

I eat at 2-4 and have ONE good dinner. If I’m hungry ,a snack is around 7, and I’m done eating for the day. It’s just water or tea after that. I feel soooo much better this way! 🙌🏽 🥰
