After years on keto and carnivore eating I recently find myself with uncontrollable cravings for carbs. Any advice would be greatly received.

Personally I think we just need to prioritize the macros correctly, protein comes 1st as the building blocks of our body, then healthy fats (mostly mono and saturated fats), then carbs (from single ingredient foods like fruit) as fuels for your body….and if on that day you don’t plan on burning through the fuel, you shouldn’t plan on eating it and just stick to building blocks protein on a lazy day

I moved my only carb meal to dinner. I’ve lost 4 pounds of fat in 2 weeks. I workout fasted in the mornings and the carbs from dinner fuel my workouts.

After loosing few pounds i struggled in keeping it down ..and now I eat porrige for breakfast, and have early dinner at 4-5 pl and a snack before bedtime . loads of fruit as well. i dont count calories. I go to the gym for moderate workout 2-3 times aweek, My weight stabilized completly and I dont feel hugry or count calories
